Celebrating Nigeria?s Independence Day at Page Schools
A Celebration of National Pride, Heritage and Hope
A Celebration of National Pride, Heritage and Hope
On 1 October 2026, Page Schools celebrated Nigeria’s Independence Day with a colourful and engaging experience for our learners.
Our pupils came dressed in the beautiful colours of the Nigerian flag, wearing green, white or a combination of both. The celebration featured face painting, lively dance presentations and fun quiz questions that tested the children’s knowledge of Nigeria.
Through these activities, our learners had the opportunity to celebrate their Nigerian identity, learn more about their country and appreciate the significance of Independence Day. Such experiences help children develop a sense of belonging, cultural awareness and pride in their heritage.
It was a memorable day filled with learning, laughter, dance and national pride.
At Page Schools, we remain committed to nurturing confident learners who appreciate their roots and look forward to a brighter future.
A stronger Nigeria, a brighter future for our children!
